Experienced in the task, Youssou Ndour’s brother and his staff managed to develop an effective marketing strategy which ended up reaching the target audience. They used social networks, those nicknamed “influencers”, local media, notably TFM, RFM among other communication channels to publicize the event.
Unfortunately, Bouba and others failed. Those who went to the Grand Théâtre to attend the show of “You will not say the opposite at all.
To put it bluntly, they sold more “VIp” entry tickets than available seats. “We bought tickets for 50,000 f each and we see that there are no more places available,” said a furious gentleman accompanied by his relatives.
