According to the prosecutor, Inès “was not undressed” and was found in a wooded area near her phone and jewelry box. An autopsy is scheduled to take place this Tuesday.
The 15-year-old suspect was indicted for “robbery with violence resulting in death after death”. The prosecutor made a request for pre-trial detention. His version of the facts has yet to be confirmed or not by investigators.
