This Saturday morning, Arkaman beach, in the province of Nador, witnessed a tragic accident which claimed the life of a member of the Auxiliary Forces while he was carrying out a guard mission.
According to Heba Press sources, the victim, aged 24 and belonging to the Coast Guard Division, was killed when the wall of an abandoned villa collapsed on him in the Villas district of the local authority of ‘Arkaman.
This incident triggered a major alert among local authorities, members of the Royal Gendarmerie and security services, who rushed to the scene immediately after the incident.
The victim’s body was transferred to the morgue of Hassani hospital in Nador to finalize legal procedures.
The Arkman Village Royal Constabulary, in collaboration with a number of relevant agencies, has launched a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident and the causes of the wall collapse, amid calls for action measures to ensure the safety of workers on these sites. .
