Guillaume Kasbarian “is a minister of incredible brutality, anti-civil servants”denounces Friday November 8 on franceinfo Benoît Teste, general secretary of the FSU, the day after a meeting between the civil servants' unions and the Minister of the Civil Service on the subject of the savings measures desired by the government.
Benoît Teste affirms that during this meeting, the minister showed himself “insensible et brutal”not giving “almost no justification” to the measures requested, if not “arguments from authority”.
The unions thus ensure that the executive does not give up on its projects such as freezing remuneration, reducing sick leave compensation and extending the waiting period. For Benoît Teste, Guillaume Kasbarian “face a very heavy conflict, because the anger is great” on the side of civil servants who feel “a certain contempt” particularly on “waiting days”. “This matter is serious enough for us to say that we are going to build the broadest possible mobilization, the strongest possible”warns the unionist.
