The 15th edition of the EnviroLys Gala of the Quebec Environmental Technology Business Council (CETEQ) was held Monday, and the Machinex company from Plessisville was there and left with a prize.

The event brought together more than 425 people to highlight the innovation of private companies in Quebec’s green economy.

During this evening, several prizes were awarded to different personalities and companies to highlight their contribution in various areas of the environment.

The Machinex company from Plessisville won the Innovation and Environmental Protection prize. The company’s application highlighted the smart sorting center in Coventry, United Kingdom. With its many innovations developed by the Plessisville team, this center is now recognized as the most technological in the United Kingdom.
