INNOVX announces the creation of ParkX, its new subsidiary specializing in the planning, development and management of industrial parks that are both innovative and sustainable.
This launch is part of INNOVX’s strategy to strengthen its industrial ecosystem by promoting cutting-edge infrastructure and accelerating the transition to models focused on sustainability, INNOVX said in a press release.
ParkX stands out for its integrated approach, offering turnkey industrial land with world-class infrastructure, adapted to the needs of innovative and high value-added industries, specifies the same source.
And he continues that the objective is to create ecosystems that promote competitiveness, innovation and decarbonization, while encouraging synergy between companies established in the parks.
“At ParkX, our ambition is to meet the needs of tomorrow’s industries, by offering tailor-made solutions that take into account sustainability and innovation,” explained Othman El Yaalaoui, VP Ecosystems & Business Development at INNOVX, quoted by the press release.

Two first parks are planned in Jorf Lasfar and Benguerir, that of Jorf Lasfar is intended for advanced chemical industries, while the Benguerir park is intended for innovative and high value-added manufacturing industries, integrating cutting-edge technologies into renewable energies and agritech, reports INNOVX.
ParkX places sustainability and innovation at the center of its strategy, integrating circularity and green technologies into its industrial parks, with the aim of maximizing resource efficiency, contributing to decarbonization and improving energy efficiency of installations.
