“As many companies seek to optimize their operations and strengthen their global reach, Morocco is emerging as an increasingly attractive destination thanks to a unique combination of factors, including a skilled workforce, incentives attractive government structures and a strategic location”, indicates the specialized magazine in an article entitled “Morocco: The emergence of a new global call center hub”.

According to “Parada Visual”, Morocco “positions itself as a new growth pole” in the sector and “such an attractive destination” for investment in the field.

One of Morocco’s most important assets remains its young and educated population, which masters several languages ​​and demonstrates a great capacity to adapt to different cultures and environments, which facilitates interaction with customers from around the world, notes the Spanish magazine.

He added that in addition to investing in the training of professionals specialized in the sector, the Moroccan government offers a certain number of tax and customs incentives to companies that decide to set up in the country.

Morocco has modern and constantly evolving infrastructure, including robust telecommunications networks and high-speed Internet access, in addition to a secure and predictable environment for investments, the publication concludes.
