Amir is very proud of his children.
This Saturday, June 29, singer Amir shared a funny anecdote about his children.
It’s no longer a secret to anyone: Amir is particularly attached to his family sphere and does everything to preserve it. In July 2014, the artist married Lital, his partner for several years already. Subsequently, the couple gave birth to two little boys, Mikhaël and Or. And like any parent, Amir sometimes has to deal with delicate situations with his children. Indeed, while he was returning to his Parisian home, with his two sleeping boys, the singer was unable to access his apartment. And for good reason, the Pride March was taking place that day, in the capital. He therefore wanted to tell his little mishap on his Instagram account:
“I come home, it’s 12:30 a.m., alone with the two little boys sleeping in the back. We come across a maze of concrete barriers for the Pride March, inaccessible home. The officers present tell me that the area is strictly closed to vehicles tonight… I begin to despair at the idea of waking them up to walk home. Not to mention the suitcases”.
Fortunately for Amir, some of the gendarmes present were kind enough to escort him to his home, saving him from having to walk the rest of the way..
A journey he can be proud of
At 40, Amir already has a full life. While living in Tel Aviv where he was a dentist, he radically changed his career path. Everything changed in 2014, when he participated in The Voice. He won this edition of the famous TV talent show, and represented France at Eurovision two years later. Since then, he has had a string of successes. But that doesn’t stop the singer from leaving a lot of space for his family. He also takes his role as a father very seriously:
“Pride is not saying that they are perfect because education is work, the father-son relationship is work. But pride is sticking to it and seeing every day how amazed I am by everything they are becoming, by the love I feel for them.”
A fulfilled and happy dad!
