It was a stunning comeback for Dance with the stars this year. After a blank season in 2023, the show returned to TF1 last February. And while everything had started well, the dance competition was overshadowed by a huge falling out between Inès Reg and Natasha St-Pier. A hot topic that captivated the media and fans of the program. On the other hand, the main people concerned quickly became annoyed at having to talk about it. However, while Dance with the stars has been over for a while and the affair seems to be behind it, Inès Reg returned to the media Liik TV. And for the first time, the comedian admits to having participated in fueling the controversy.
“I think I screwed up. I think if I had never talked about it, it would have slipped. I talked about it because I was starting to receive a lot of death threats and the like, because it had started to contain crazy stuff.” she confided. And adding with hindsight: “From the moment I talk about it, I make it a subject.. So as long as I didn’t talk about it and it was only in the media, as long as I didn’t calculate this small group of people who were insulting me, I think it could have slipped. This is my mistake“.
Inès Reg admits to having “participated in the bad buzz”

It all started on January 31 between Natasha St-Pier and Inès Reg. It was that evening that their altercation broke out, the fault of too loud music in the studio of the Canadian singer and her dancer Anthony Colette. Inès Reg came to complain and Natasha St-Pier then began to insult her with “little slut“, but with irony since she thought they were filming a comic sequence there. The scene was filmed but later, violent exchanges occurred. The channel was not informed until several days after the events and, following this, Natasha St-Pier agrees to disappear for three days from rehearsals, during which she will also file a complaint against Inès Anthony Colette.
And, then the affair becomes public. Each person then takes turns speaking out on social media to defend themselves. The candidates finally tried to make people believe in a reconciliation with a video, but the tension was still palpable over the weeks.
