Marilyn Manson signs with Nuclear Blast Records, announces new music amid legal battles

Controversial rocker Marilyn Manson appears to have signed a deal with Nuclear Blast Records, as hinted in a new video shared by Manson and the famous German record label.

The collaboration with Nuclear Blast emerges amid rumors that suggest the completion of a new Manson album, marking a significant development in his musical journey. This announcement comes years after his last album, We Are Chaos, released in 2020.

The teaser arrives as Manson prepares for a monumental comeback, highlighted by his upcoming 30-date tour with Five Finger Death Punch, which kicks off August 2 at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

However, Manson’s return to the spotlight is clouded by legal turmoil stemming from allegations of sexual, emotional and physical abuse, primarily made by Westworld star Evan Rachel Wood and several other women. Although he vehemently denied the allegations, Manson found himself caught in a tangle of court battles, counterattacks and public scrutiny.

Since the end of the joint Twins of Evil: Hell Never Dies tour with Rob Zombie in 2019, Manson has been absent from the touring circuit, dealing with the fallout from the allegations and the subsequent termination of contracts with his record label, Loma Vista Recordings , and talent agency CAA.

Throughout the tumultuous legal proceedings, Manson maintained his innocence, maintaining that his intimate relationships were always consensual. Nonetheless, the severity of the accusations cast a shadow over his career, prompting a reassessment of his artistic legacy.
