A memorandum of understanding relating to the establishment of these two Oracle cloud regions in Morocco was signed on May 29 between managers of the Oracle group and the Moroccan Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation, Mohcine Jazouli, on the sidelines of GITEX Africa, the largest meeting of technological innovation and start-ups in Africa, which is held in Marrakech.
