In this film, where action mixes with horror, Michael B. Jordan plays a dual role, that of twin brothers. The action takes place in the 1930s, where they seek to escape their past by returning to their hometown. What awaits them is an evil force, the strength of which we can already glimpse in the trailer provided by Warners Bros.
The trailer does not reveal precisely the nature of the evil that opposes the residents of Michael B. Jordan’s town, but there is talk of “demons” and “ghosts”. Some people talk about a vampire film.
This is the fifth film shared by the duo Michael B. Jordan and Ryan Coogler after “Fruitvale Station” in 2013, “Creed – the Legacy of Rocky Balboa” in 2015, “Black Panther” in 2018 and “Wakanda Forever” in 2022. It is therefore the first of the horror/horror genre for the two men.
