Rupert Grint fights against neighbors on his property

Would Rupert Grint need the services of Julien Courbet? It seems like good understanding is not in order with the actor who plays Ron Weasley on screen in the cinematographic saga Harry Potter and its neighborhood in a small village north of London. For four years, the actor has been at war with his neighbors. Explanations.

Rupert Grint, real estate tycoon

Indeed, everyone knows Rupert Grint, the actor who revealed himself to the world after his participation in the film adaptations of JK Rowling’s novels as Ron Weasley alongside Daniel Radcliffe, the interpreter of Harry Potter and Emma Watson, the one who lends her features to Hermione Granger.

The 35-year-old actor began his film career with the saga Harry Potter which allowed him to open doors to other projects on the big screen. Although he does not have a career as substantial as his former acting partners, Rupert Grint made his fortune in real estate. It turns out that he is a formidable businessman in this field because today, it is estimated thathe is at the head of real estate assets of nearly 30 million euros which allows him to earn more than 60,000 euros per week. But there is a downside to this success in business…

Indeed, among the properties he has, Grint would have done without the one located in the small village of Kimpton, an hour north of London, inhabited by 1,400 inhabitants. The actor invested part of his fortune in a mansion and its 10-hectare park. He shared it with his parents but fifteen years after this purchase, Rupert Grint wants to see things much bigger for his field. And that’s where the problem is.

Harry Potter star draws the wrath of his neighbors

If he had once wanted to resell this property, the interpreter of Ron Weasley finally felt that it was interesting tobuild an eco-village there by transforming the house into six apartments and building 4 terraced houses and 5 individual houses with terraces in a wooded park. The actor explains that his Eco-Hogsmeade (poking the village of Hogsmeade) is an opportunity to “restore an old building” and D’to offer “additional amenities” to Kimpton residents as a picnic spot and a path for walking.

Rupert Grint tried to give part of his land to the locals but nothing worked. Pending the decision of the municipal council, 13 people have already filed an appeal against the project.
