Since the first film Dead Poolthe coolest and craziest anti-hero in the universe X-Men got us used to behaving in a very eccentric and offbeat way, which helped arouse our curiosity with each of his new appearances. Today, Deadpool & Wolverine returns with a poster that will surprise more than one person.
A very atypical new poster
The future film Deadpool & Wolverine has been talked about since the announcement of the project and its formalization in September 2022. With crazy rumors about the casting, such as the possible arrival of Lady Deadpool, or the introduction of Taylor Swift to the casting of this third part, without forgetting the return of the superhero Pyro from the X-Men saga, the hype around of the film has only grown.
This feature film, which marks the great return of Hugh Jackman in his role as Wolverine within the franchise, also marks the full integration of the universe X-Men within the MCU (since the takeover of 20th Century Studios by Disney Studios) and perhaps even a huge upheaval within the timeline of the Marvel universe. After a first trailer revealed last February, which made our mouths water without revealing too much, as well as a second a fortnight ago that was explosive to say the least, this new opus of the adventures of Wade Wilson and Logan promises to be breathtaking and with a storyline that will take us on a journey to unknown lands.
With very atypical communication around the film and which often plays with us spectators, as we saw shortly after the first trailer, Deadpool & Wolverine does not fail to surprise us and it was during the recent CCXP comics convention in Mexico that a new poster was revealed to turn our brains around.
We discover our heroes in a fairly religious iconography, where they are represented like Saints on candles, even with red and yellow rosaries in the colors of the two headliners. An illustration which will remind us of Deadpool’s desire to become the new Messiah of the Marvel universe.
