The Trébrivan municipal council met on Thursday, December 19, under the chairmanship of Fabrice Even, mayor. The council validates the agreement with the Community of Communes of Kreiz Breizh for the allocation of a competition fund for the year 2024, for an amount of €9,776. The council validates the easement agreement with ENEDIS for work to improve service and supply the public electricity distribution network, using the municipal property registered in ZP no. 68 located at a place called Rupenoch.
Reform of Water Agency fees as of January 1, 2025
At the end of October 2024, the water agency carried out a complete overhaul of the fees, which will come into force on January 1, 2025. From 2025, the collection network modernization fee is abolished. It is replaced by a new fee, the performance fee for “collective sanitation systems”, the rate of which is set by the Loire Bretagne Water Agency at €0.28 excluding VAT/m3 in 2025. The council adopts a equivalent of the performance fee for “collective sanitation systems”, at the rate of €0.08 excluding VAT/m3 in 2025, which will be applied to the bill of each user of the public collective sanitation service in the form of a supplement to the price of the cubic meter of sanitized water.
Favorable opinion for the extension of a pig farm
As part of a public inquiry concerning an installation classified for environmental protection, the extension of a pig farm at a place called Le Hartz en Kergloff, the municipal council issues a favorable opinion on the extension request of pig breeding presented by EARL Cloarec. In short, the council accepts the sale of two abandoned municipal properties at a place called Hellaouët, with a surface area of approximately 50 m².
