Few disruptions are to be expected. The RATP plans a “normal traffic” Tuesday June 6, 2023, 14th day of mobilization against pension reform. On the side of the SNCF, it looks “very slightly disturbed”.
9 out of 10 trains and flights canceled at Orly
On the RATP network, metros, buses and trams should circulate normally while the inter-union has launched a new call to demonstrate. Some deletions of trains are however to be expected on the SNCF network. At national level, the railway undertaking estimates that 9 out of 10 trains will run.
In the air, the strike should have more consequences. Due to the air traffic controllers’ strike, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC) asked “airlines to reduce their flight schedule”. At Paris-Orly (Val-de-Marne), 33% of flights have already been canceled, said the DGAC.
This new day of interprofessional mobilization comes two days before the examination in Parliament of a bill from the Liot group. This aims to cancel the controversial measure of raising the retirement age to 64 years.
