A major event on the Jura wine calendar, the suspension of the Yellow Wine Breakthrough in 2025 has left winegrowers and tasting enthusiasts a bit orphaned. No question of sinking into gloom though!

In the absence of a breakthrough in 2025 and while waiting for that of Lons in 2026, the Jura winegrowers have decided to mark the occasion by organizing tasting sessions the first weekend of February.

Example at Arbois Or, Saturday February 1stfifteen Arbois wine producers and/or traders are organizing a day of tasting and sales. “We wanted to mark the occasion on the first weekend of February which is traditionally that of the Breakthrough. It is very positive to see that a fifteen players in the sector will be present,” explains Cédric Ducoté, sales director of Domaine Rolet who launched the idea of ​​organizing the event last November.
