Until now, the files of the associations of Alsace and Moselle, which fall under local law, were managed and consultable in paper version at the registry of one of the 16 judicial and local courts concerned. They were all transferred to the archiving premises of Epelfi (Public establishment for the operation of computerized land records) in Habsheim where they represent 860 linear meters.
Epelfi, which has already digitized the Alsatian land register, has been tasked by the Ministry of Justice, its supervisory authority, with implementing the dematerialization of the management of the association file in application of the law on programming of justice of 2019.
