In Plougastel-Daoulas, the real estate portfolio of social landlord Finistère Habitat is expanding

The Department's social landlord, Finistère Habitat, launched, Thursday January 23, 2025, in pouring rain, the construction of three new pavilions of 65 m2 (T3), rue du Dispensaire in Plougastel-Daoulas. The cost of this work amounts to nearly €493,000 (including €485,000 for the Department and its lessor).

“Create real social diversity”

This was not the only operation of the day in Plougastel, since the keys to three accommodations (two T1s and one T2) were also given to their tenants. These homes are located in the private residence “Panorama Westport”, delivered in the summer of 2024. The homes were acquired by the social landlord for €279,000, with €13,000 in state aid. They benefit from the same high-end services as the rest of the residence. Through the voice of Alexandre Barré, the promoters welcome “the commitment of Finistère Habitat which, unlike other social landlords, still invests in private programs to create real social diversity”.
