The candidate company must operate in an industrial activity and achieve a turnover greater than or equal to 10 million dirhams. Industrial companies in the start-up phase are also eligible for the program. They must therefore have a business plan for a minimum period of 4 years and at least one year of which provides for a turnover greater than or equal to 10 million DH. The call for projects is also open to industrial startups. The only condition: these structures must have startup status in the development phase of a project which could give rise to a start-up industrial company. Technological startups in the seed or operational phase also have the opportunity to submit their projects provided they present a business plan over a minimum period of 4 years, in addition to an industrial partnership in Morocco, supporting the startup in the realization of his project.
Important clarification: industrial companies wishing to participate in the call for projects can apply either individually, or as part of a consortium of industrial companies or as part of a partnership with a cluster, a city of innovation, an R&D center/laboratory or an industrial technical center. Consortia of industrial companies must submit their requests for support for this program, through an eligible member company designated as leader of the project concerned. Any eligible industrial company, which can benefit from State support as part of this new financing offer, must have a project aimed at the industrial and commercial valorization of patents, and/or a project aimed at the development of new products/ processes or a project aimed at industrialization in the pilot phase of an innovative product. The support offer for the valorization of patents aims to support the industrial and commercial valorization of patents, by covering 80% of the costs, capped at 1 million dirhams excluding tax per project.

Finally, the offer of support for industrialization in the pilot phase aims to support the industrialization of innovative solutions and products from industrial companies in the pilot phase. This support will make it possible to carry out the tests in small-scale industrial conditions, before carrying out the overall industrial investment of the project, by covering 30% of the costs linked to this phase, up to 5 million dirhams.
