WWF is carrying out a door-to-door operation in Mazamet in January 2025 to raise awareness and recruit regular donors in favor of preserving biodiversity.

Until February 1, WWF France is organizing a door-to-door operation in Mazamet to raise awareness among residents of environmental issues and invite them to support its actions by becoming regular donors. This initiative, which will take place over a maximum period of 12 days, aims to mobilize citizens around the values of the foundation and to guarantee stable resources to carry out its projects.

The WWF France teams, trained and identifiable thanks to clothing in the colors of the foundation and a name badge, will go directly to the homes of Mazamétains. Their mission will be to present the objectives and concrete actions carried out by WWF to preserve biodiversity, fight against climate change and reduce the ecological footprint.

These representatives do not solicit donations in cash or by check. Interested people commit to becoming donors via a secure digital form, validated by an electronic signature, thus guaranteeing a simple and transparent process.

Regular support from donors is essential to the mission of WWF France. Indeed, these contributions allow: Increased responsiveness to environmental emergencies, such as natural disasters or the safeguarding of endangered species. Implementing long-term sustainable projects, such as restoring ecosystems, protecting forests and oceans, and transitioning to a low-carbon future. Raising awareness and education on practices that respect nature and are aligned with current climate challenges.

By becoming a donor, you participate in building a world where man and nature can coexist harmoniously.

For several days, WWF teams will come to meet the inhabitants of Mazamet to explain their missions, answer questions and invite everyone to commit to a better future. This is the ideal opportunity to support concrete projects and contribute to the protection of our planet.
