During the municipal council meeting on Wednesday, December 11, elected officials validated the delegation to the City of Vernon, responsible for leading the project management and which will ensure “the coordination and implementation works on behalf of the two communities” with the Eurovia company.

“This work aims to resolve the recurring problems of flooding and overflows which disrupt traffic and the daily life of residents of the two municipalities,” continues the community.

€11,000 payable by Saint-Marcel

The total cost of the operation is estimated at 30 513,12 € TTCof which €11,340.36 including tax will be the responsibility of the municipality of Saint-Marcel.

“The work, entrusted to the company EUROVIA, will consist in particular of: the removal and removal of the existing network blocked by limestone; the creation of a deeper manhole and a 315 mm diameter pipe; the recovery of the coating on the excavation and the repair of the markings identical to the existing ones”, lists the City of Saint-Marcel.
