The emergency department of Drôme Nord Hospitals has been experiencing an unprecedented situation of tension for two weeks linked to a very high number of patient admissions.
Despite the regulation put in place by center 15, emergency and medical services are saturated, which is why the white plan has been activated since Saturday January 4.
The White Plan allows the establishment to immediately mobilize the means of all kinds at its disposal to deal with a massive influx of patients: Recall of professionals, possible deprogramming, etc., this makes it possible to launch the general mobilization of the establishment.
In this context, in order to avoid increased congestion in the emergency department, it is therefore recommended to avoid coming to the Romans emergency room and to adopt good reflexes.

- If your health condition worsens, call SAMU/Centre 15 who will direct you to the care pathways best suited to your health problem and your needs.
- Admission to the Romans emergency services is subject to a call and prior regulation by center 15.
The situation will be re-evaluated every day in the crisis unit in order to adapt the organizations to be put in place.
