Do you have a road safety project?
The call for projects launched by the prefecture as part of the Departmental Road Safety Action Plan (PDASR) can provide you with support for its implementation.

What is the PDASR call for projects?

As part of the implementation of its local road safety policy, the prefecture of Seine-et- is organizing a call for projects as part of the Departmental Road Safety Action Plan (PDASR). Thus, any actor can get involved in projects aimed at improving Road Safety and fighting against road crime. These projects are likely to benefit from a subsidy.

The subsidy rate applicable to financing cannot exceed 80% of the cost of each project, within the limit of at least 50% co-financing. The PDASR is not intended to bear the cost of an action alone.

The objective ?

The objective is to mobilize all local stakeholders in order to reduce the number of accidents and deaths on our roads.

PDASR subsidies are intended as support for project launches and not as means of permanent financing. The diversification of sources of financing for actions ensures their viability, their sustainability and guarantees their local anchoring in a partnership.

Quality of the competent authority?

On behalf of the prefect, the road safety coordination draws up the call for projects. She examines the files in order to present them to the PDASR commission, which will decide on the allocation and amount of the subsidy in order to provide support to project leaders.

The priority issues of the call for projects

The projects for which a subsidy is requested must fall within the framework of the 6 issues set by the General Orientations document 2023-2027. Therefore, each application file will necessarily refer to at least one of the issues mentioned below:

– Professional road risk;

– Risky behavior (speed, alcohol, drugs, failure to respect priorities, inattention/distractors);

– Soft mobility (pedestrians, cyclists, electrically assisted bicycles, personal transport vehicles with or without motor);

– Motorized two-wheelers;

– Young people;

– Seniors.

For the PDASR 2025, risky driving, soft mobility and motorized two-wheelers constitute three priority issues for the department. Priority will be given to these themes.

What deadlines?

– Submission of files until 28 mars 2025 ;

– Examination of files from March 31, 2025;

– PDASR Commission for grant allocation between April and May;

– Drafting and notification of prefectural award orders then payment of subsidies.

Who can submit a file?

All legal entities, public authorities, State services, private sector and associative world are eligible for this call for projects as long as they have a SIRET number.

How to submit a file?

The grant application file must be submitted by the project leader of the action. It must be completed uniquely online via the simplified procedures site available at the following link:
