Sergeant Clément Bally, volunteer firefighter of the SDIS of Oise assigned to the La Chapelle en Serval rescue center lost his life this morning, Tuesday January 7.

While he was on his way to the emergency center in The Chapel in Serval to take care of him, the Sergent Bally tragically lost his life in a road accident in the town of Luzarchesin Val d’Oise.

Aged 33, Clément Bally was in a civil partnership and father of a little girl born on December 25, 2024.
