We are looking for a Chef for the restaurant La Riotte in the 8th arrondissement in EMERGENCY. Your missions: • Menu creation: Develop seasonal dishes that meet the brasserie's standards, • Kitchen management: Supervise and train the kitchen team, ensure the quality and presentation of dishes, • Coordination of services and speed execution, • Inventory control: Manage supplies and stocks while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, • Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop and refine the culinary offering. Profile sought: • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Chef with solid experience in large capacity catering, • Skills: Creativity, leadership, excellent organization, • Passion: Truly passionate, you would like to propose customers a real culinary experience.
