EXCEPTIONAL RESIDENCES – From Courchevel to Megève, return to three grandiose chalets, designed by renowned architects, from where you can enjoy nature in summer and winter.

Private tour of a dream chalet in Courchevel, between comfort, luxury and modernity

Imagined by two brothers, Thibaud Elziere and Robin Michel, Iconic House is a concept that makes you dream. The company has, in fact, offered, since its creation in 2021, to rent luxury properties, with services worthy of palaces. After inaugurating a farmhouse in Les Baux-de-Provence and a Landes villa in Hossegor, Iconic House unveiled, in December 2022, its chalet, Le 1550, in Courchevel. Visit with Robin Michel.

Winter and summer, we like to get together on the terrace.

In photos, visit to an old alpine farm transformed into a sumptuous chalet in Megève

At the start of 2024, the Friedmann & Versace studio designed the interior architecture of a magnificent 600 m² chalet in Megève. An old renovated farm which allows you to enjoy family life in the mountains but also to receive friends and party.

The only truly partitioned room on the first level, a very welcoming cinema lounge which overlooks the fireplace area (in the back).

Architect Pierre Yovanovitch takes us on a tour of his winter palace

It is a peaceful Swiss village lost at an altitude of 1,444 meters on the steep path of the Saint-Gothard pass. From Göschenen – at the northern entrance to the tunnel which crosses the Alpine massif towards Italy – you climb there with a small, dizzying cogwheel train. “The landscape is incredibly beautiful,” says Pierre Yovanovitch. No doubt, the place was made for this architect of volumes and flows, purist of shapes and materials.

In the huge living room with XXL volumes, a smaller space accommodates the dining room. Sofa in larch beams and custom-made wool and mohair rugs.
