The evaluation table was revealed this Thursday, January 2, a few minutes after the announcement of the first semi-finalist of the twelfth season of the Star Academy. Two students were particularly criticized more or less positively by the teachers.

This is marked by a marathon of evaluations centered on dance, theater and singing, according to a funnel elimination system. At stake: first place for the semi-final. Ulysse and Charles unfortunately did not reach the podium on which Franck sits, in third place, Marine in second and Ebony, crowned big winner of this tournament!

You will have understood: Ebony is therefore the first semi-finalist of the twelfth season of the talent show, as Michael Goldman announced during the Quotidienne broadcast this Thursday, January 2 on TF1. In the process, the table with the various assessments of the faculty was made public on the show's social networks. Despite his careful and personal proposal on the song Dazzled by the night of Zaz, Marine was not spared by Sofia Morgavi who notably noted: “You have to balance the harmonics of your voice. Your closed vowels are sometimes almost shrill and can harm the harmonization of registers“. Her colleague, Marlène Schaff, appreciated the “nice nuances at the beginning but [déplore] too vague readability in the interpretation, [qui] lack of break and evolution in the story”. General reproaches which made the 23-year-old dentist break down… Ebony is not left out. Despite her award, the 20-year-old young woman was criticized on her tone by her singing teacher and then on the intensity of her voice and her posture by the stage expression coach. Only Franck came away with very positive remarks.

The 22-year-old student was praised for his daring rhythmic choices, on the tonality which highlighted his qualities as a performer. The director also added: “You passed all the tests and you are still at the top of the list on the continuous assessment. Academically, your season borders on excellence and these evaluations have proven it“. Compliments which should undoubtedly boost Franck's morale as a decisive bonus approaches.
