Initiated by the Dar Homran Association for rural development and solidarity
More than 500 beneficiaries, men, women and children from mountainous areas, took advantage of the initiative recently led by the Dar Homran Association for Rural Development and Solidarity. Indeed, a free medical day was organized for the second consecutive year for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Dar Homran douar in the province of Fahs Anjra. This initiative also included awareness campaigns on the spread of certain diseases.
“This medical day is an opportunity for residents of the region to benefit from free and quality medical services,” underlined Ahmed Ben Ayad, president of the Dar Homran Association for Rural Development and Solidarity. And added that “this initiative is part of the association’s constant efforts to improve the living conditions of rural and vulnerable populations.”
Thanks to the combined efforts of a group of volunteer doctors, residents of the region benefited from consultations and medical examinations in various specialties, including ophthalmology, general medicine, pediatrics and cardiology.
