Winter equipments
To ensure everyone’s safety on our roads, the law requires drivers to have equipment adapted for winter conditions. From November 1 to March 31, in Savoie, it is mandatory to
– Either be equipped with four winter tires,
– Or carry metal snow chains or textile snow socks to equip at least two of the vehicle’s driving wheels.
