In Rabat, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Nadia Fettah, announced that, until December 27, 2024, 33,565 households had benefited from the direct housing assistance program. This initiative, supported by the High Royal Solicitude, aims to facilitate access to property for Moroccan households.
Among the beneficiaries, 42% are women and 22% are Moroccans living abroad (MRE), a figure which testifies to the inclusiveness of the program. According to the minister, 125,280 requests were registered via the dedicated platform, and 111,569 of them received initial approval, marking a promising validation rate.
The financial assistance provided is 100,000 dirhams for housing whose price does not exceed 300,000 dirhams, and 70,000 dirhams for those between 300,000 and 700,000 dirhams. This financial support constitutes a major lever to enable many households to realize their dream of becoming homeowners.
This program, which meets a strategic objective of social and economic development, continues to generate significant enthusiasm, illustrating its key role in the democratization of access to housing in Morocco.
