“With Maureen’s departure, the Cric crac café will remain open with license 3, and will become a real cultural café, run by a permanent team” , announces Hélène Bourdier Rolland, in charge of communications and who will take on the role of third-place coordinator from January, another notable change.
A bar commission, made up of volunteers and members of the paid team, will be set up to organize the management of the café. “On this occasion, Lilou, now in apprenticeship, will join the team on a long-term basis and will host the Cric Crac Café, offering activities for all audiences. » The transition will take place gradually between January and the end of March.
A restoration project to imagine.
“For the catering part, we would like to entrust the kitchen and lunch service to a project led by an emerging or integration structure”explains Hélène Bourdier Rolland. The association is also looking for a curious and creative person in civic service to join the team.
