It has almost become daily. This is no longer understandable to users. THE Lille metro (North) experiences a new breakdown episodece Tuesday December 24, 2024 in the morning. There ligne 1 is affected, once again due to a problem with autopilot.
No more metro between the Beaux-arts and the CHU
“Due to a fault in the new autopilot, metro line 1 is interrupted between République – Beaux-arts and CHU-Eurasanté stations until 12:00 p.m. environ », Announced Ilévia on Twitter shortly before 9:30 a.m.this Tuesday morning.
If relay buses are in place, the journey for users is extended. A new adventure which is not understandable for metro users who have been experiencing disappointments for months.
“The sketch continues”, “the whole metropolis hates you”
Once again, things are rumbling in the comments on the networks, like the platforms as soon as there are breakdowns like last Tuesday. “You're as quick as the metro to post the news, it's been 50 minutes since line 1 was interrupted…” complains a user, on a moment, reimburse us”, denounces a user, while a few days ago, the General Director of Ilévia ruled out any commercial gesture despite “not obvious conditions”. “This is the third time I've been stuck in a week so I can't even count all the breakdowns that I'm not aware of because I shouldn't take the metro, you're incompetent…” continues this same user.
“Every day, we don't wonder if the metro is going to break down, but rather at what time it will happen. The sketch continues,” denounces a user, echoing numerous testimonies collected in November by Lille news.
While flowery language appears more and more under the posts of the agency which manages the transport network of the Lille metropolis and a few hours after the MEL announced the acquisition of new trains from Alstom for the future commissioning of the 52 meters planned for 2026, another Internet user sums up his feelings simply: “The whole metropolis hates you. »
