Lolly's, the famous confectionery brand, is preparing to make Montpellier residents salivate. This Saturday, December 21, 2024a new store will open on the ground floor of the Polygone shopping center. Sweet lovers will discover a colorful and festive world, designed to delight young and old.
With more than 600 varieties of bulk candies and 250 references of American grocery products, Lolly's relies on an abundant supply. The traditional “candy wall” occupies a central place in the store. The sweets are sold at 2.99 euros per 100 g, with a reduced price of 2.44 euros from 600 g purchased, an opportunity to be seized for those with a sweet tooth.
Lolly's finds its origin in 2013. During a business trip to Montreal during the end-of-year holidays, the initiator of the concept was struck by the magical atmosphere and the candy shops combining childish pleasure and adult nostalgia. Inspired by these discoveries, he decided to recreate this universe in France. Two years later, the first Mix!s store opened its doors, integrating American grocery products from the start.
Surprises to discover
To mark its arrival in Montpellier, Lolly's has planned a spectacular inaugural day. From the afternoon, the official opening will be punctuated by cheerleading shows every half hour. THE 100 premiers clients will receive tote bags filled with sweet and savory treats. A QR code hunt will also liven up the weekend. Visitors will be able to scan hidden codes throughout the store and benefit from exclusive promotional offers, such as a discount of 10% or 15% on the website, or two products free for three purchased.
This new address aims to be modern and trendy. Lolly's adopts a design with neon accents, faithful to the spirit of large American stores. Those nostalgic will appreciate the retro section, where roudoudous, sparkling sugars, candy necklaces and candy whistles will bring back sweet childhood memories…
