A package which provides an institutional basis for the bilateral relationship while providing for exceptions to maintain the Swiss constitutional order. Agreements on various subjects, from the protection of wages to electricity exchanges including the free movement of people. The negotiations lasted nine months, they were carried out until the last minute, but they were successful.
