When the fifth alleged perpetrator was in the vehicle, he went himself to the police station on Tuesday evening. He was placed in police custody at the gendarmerie which was investigating this attempted murder. This young man was brought before the detention freedom judge today at the request of the investigating judge. He will probably be incarcerated.
As for the state of health of the young child, Frédéric Teillet said that he has lateral hemiplegia on the side where the bullets entered his brain. The prosecutor added: “On the brain of a young child, there are developments that only time will reveal.”
