We solemnly ask the Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Council to examine these appeals with complete impartiality and to reconsider these decisions clearly influenced by political authorities who are trying, once again, to exploit the administration to achieve partisan objectives”, immediately declared in a press release sent to Dakaractu, the Cell of Executives of Taxawu Senegal.

The Cell of Executives of Taxawu Senegal: – Calls on the Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Council to annul these arbitrary decisions which constitute a violation of democratic principles and popular sovereignty. – Warns against any exploitation of the administration and justice for political purposes, thus threatening the stability and credibility of our institutions. – Reminds the whole world that the Senegalese people remain attached to the values of justice, freedom and democracy which have always guided our nation.”
