Opening ceremony of two international exhibitions of IBTE and IGHE 2024, held on December 18 in the megacity of the South. |
Organized with the active support of the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Vietnam Consumer Goods Development Association (VACOD), the The Vietnam Retail Association (AVR), the Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association (VECOM), as well as Chinese partners, these events provide ideal platforms for manufacturers, distributors and companies in the sector. They enable the presentation of new products, the exchange of technologies, the expansion of markets and the establishment of successful business relationships in Vietnam.
The two exhibitions, which last three days, occupy a total area of nearly 20,000 m² and attract the attention of numerous economic players as well as national and international visitors.

During the opening ceremony, Nguyên Vân Nga, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade office in the Southern region, said: “This year’s exhibitions bring together prestigious manufacturing and trading companies that offer quality technologies, solutions and practical products, meeting the needs of consumers in the promising Vietnamese market“. She added that these events promote trade and allow local companies to access innovations, thus contributing to Vietnam’s international integration.
Hou Huaizhi, deputy general director of Chaoyu Expo, also spoke to highlight the importance of cooperation between Vietnam and China. He expressed confidence in the development potential of the Vietnamese market, especially for toys, children’s products, gifts and household items, which offer significant prospects for collaboration.

IBTE 2024 occupies more than 10,000 m² and brings together more than 200 famous brands from Vietnam, China, Indonesia, India and other countries. Among them are well-known names such as LATOYS, YODEE, TOP TOY, BABY THREE, SUAMOON, TOP CITY, SISING, BARBIE ELEPHANT, HOMEBABY, FZ TOYS, CARD FUN, MOYU BLOCK… Products on display include art toys and intellectual as well as essential items for children like diapers, bottles, pacifiers and breast pumps.
For its part, IGHE 2024 also presents a rich diversity of products on a similar area, with more than 150 renowned companies and brands such as X&W, INDUSTRIE RL, PETIT CUISINIER, INNOVATIVE HOUSEHOLD ARTICLES HENGLONG, CHANGWEN, HANGSHAU, FUCHEN METALS , YINGNIUPAI, YINGHUADE, ACTIVATE… The items on display range from from kitchenware and appliances to innovative gifts and housewares.
Complementary activities
In addition to exhibitions, the fairs offer a varied program of activities including workshops, seminars and commercial cooperation meetings. These initiatives aim to bring together industry experts to discuss market trends and expand business opportunities.

Another flagship activity is the B2B trade matchmaking, organized in collaboration with the Asian Alliance of Novelty and Toy Associations (ATAA). Toy industry buyers from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and India are participating, creating opportunities for direct cooperation. A visit dedicated to VIP buyers is also organized, facilitating direct interactions between companies and their potential partners for mutual and sustainable development.
These fairs illustrate not only the dynamism of the Vietnamese market, but also its role as a gateway for trade in the Asia-Pacific region. By fostering connections and promoting innovations, they aim to establish solid foundations for fruitful and lasting economic cooperation.
