Raymond Théberge, Commissioner of Official Languages, is preparing to bow out. He will retire at the end of January, after seven years at the head of the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages of Canada. The Panorama team joins him in Ottawa to take stock of his mandate.

shares Raymond Théberge.
