Among the files presented, here are the main decisions:

TERRITORIAL SOLIDARITY

  • Rural Action Fund : €5,244 for the repair of the exterior coatings of the Jenny de Vasson village hall in Fougerolles.
  • As part of the Departmental Urban Development Fund (FDAU), the Permanent Commission has decided to award a subsidy of €182,212 to the City of Issoudun for renovation work on the roofs of the Albert Camus Cultural Center.
  • Departmental water fund : the Permanent Commission authorizes two operations to improve the drinking water network, including the installation of flow meters and a heritage study for an amount of €61,729, under the project management of the SIAEP du Cousseron.

SOLIDARITY

Develop the medical offer throughout the territory

  • installation aid of €5,000 allocated to a physiotherapist settling in Éguzon-Chantôme,
  • €15,000 is granted to a dental surgeon settling in Châtillon-sur-Indre,
  • two grants of €5,000 were granted to pharmacies in Forêt du Poinçonnet and Garnier in Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre to install telemedicine cabins.

Fighting the digital and social divide

Funding of €60,000 is allocated to Familles Rurales de l'Indre to develop Rur@linette 2, aimed at combating the digital and social divide, and to the UDAF to continue the deployment of Soliguide, a tool for access to resources medico-social, as part of the Local Solidarity Contract 2024-2027.

Supporting people losing their autonomy

  • the conference of funders for the prevention of loss of autonomy in Indre allocates €19,343 for 10 collective actions (stimulation workshops, health and safety prevention) and €13,778 for 17 individual aids (electric wheelchairs, grab bars, hearing aids, dental prostheses, shower seats, etc.),
  • renewal and adaptation of Fund to support home life and prevent loss of autonomyby integrating developments in national systems such as “Ma Prime Adapt'”, while readjusting departmental and regional financial aid for work to adapt housing for the elderly or disabled, with a total of 54 files approved for a global amount of €53,703. Among the projects supported are the installation of stair lifts and the adaptation of bathrooms.

ATTRACTIVITY, TOURISM, CULTURE

  • Heritage fund : €84,706 for the preservation of Indre's built heritage, distributed between specific public and private projects, such as the restoration of the fishery of the Maison Forte de la Grange Missée (€5,319), a study for the Chapelle Saint-Pierre in Migny (€1,740), the restoration of a commemorative plaque in Aigurande (€2,669), and work on the High Altar of Ceaulmont (€7,679), as well as €67,299 to support 25 private projects certified by the Heritage Foundation.
  • Support for cultural events in Châteauroux, Issoudun and Déols for a total amount of €15,600 including €11,200 for the Guitar Festival in Issoudun.

EDUCATION

Work in colleges – two amendments were granted:

  • €9,600 for the renovation of the exterior envelope of La Fayette college in Châteauroux, bringing the total amount of the contract to €453,732 including tax,
  • €5,778 for earthworks at the Condorcet college in Levroux, bringing the total amount of the contract to €38,300 including tax.

YOUTH AND SPORT

As part of its support for the La Berrichonne football teamthe Department has chosen to offer free places to attend first team matches, including 5,000 places intended for middle school students, 1,500 places offered to Department staff, 5,000 to leaders and volunteers of the associative movement and 150 places in favor of healthcare professionals and newcomers.
