In videos shared on the social network X, we can see the famous boxer, in the presence of his bodyguards, going into his car to escape the crowd. He had gone to a jewelry store in the chic Hatton Garden district of London.

He is one of those personalities who, after the terrible attack of October 7 in Israel by Hamashad expressed his support for the Jewish state. An opinion that got him into trouble during his last trip shopping in London.

Indeed, as shown by several videos shared on the social network the famous boxer Floyd Mayweather was attacked by the crowd as he left a jewelry store in chic neighborhood of Hatton Garden.

Supported by his bodyguards, the latter was able to be brought to safety in the black vehicle which was waiting for him at the exit of the store. According to a source close to the boxing star, Floyd Mayweather would not have been hit, but the “crowd uttered racist insults” against him, reports The Sun.

“I was in the UK for a quick 48 hour stopover to do some shopping…I'm perfectly fine, there's nothing more to do”, added the boxer.

A witness also told our colleagues that he “there was perhaps eight to ten people involved in his pursuit, and approximately 20 or 25 people watching […] Someone said Mayweather was shopping when he was asked why he supports Israel. He reiterated his request and said that he was proud to support the Jews.”

He concludes: “There was a huge argument. People were scrambling to try to grab him and hit him on the head.”
