It is an assault which left deep traces, both psychological and physical, in this 14 year old girldomiciled in Montereau-Fault-Yonne, in Seine-et-Marne. Alleged victim of harassment, for a smoky story about a boy she had accepted as a friend on social networks, she would have triggered the jealousy of a 16-year-old girl.

Attempted intrusion, violence, threats

It all started this summer, on June 29. At 3:40 a.m., five minors allegedly tried to enter his house, breaking the gate and damaging the front door. The police intervened and a complaint was filed a few hours later, at the city police station, for tentative d’intrusion.

“For a boyfriend story, my daughter was threatened on social networks and we had to change phones twice,” confides the mother.

31 days of total incapacity for work

But the affair does not stop there and takes a new turn on August 26. The young victim who was returning home after having lunch with a friend came face to face with the group of girls. The alleged harasser then allegedly punched him violently. on the nosecausing a displaced fracture. She then allegedly hit her on the side of the head.

Result : hospitalization with operation under general anesthesia, and persistent deafness to this day in one ear. The provisional balance sheet shows 31 days of total incapacity for work.

A new complaint has been filed for violence on a minor under 15 years old.

“We have to go to numerous medical appointments, in particular to find out if she needs a hearing aid,” continues the mother, who had to stop working to take care of her daughter. There is no longer any question of her going out alone, and we had to change college for his safety. »

But, according to her testimony, the schoolgirl, now being followed by a psychiatrist and a psychologist, is not doing well: “Her state is depressed, she has anxiety attacks, no longer sleeps at night and cries. In addition, she scarifies herself. »

Police investigation

The police investigation made it possible to interview witnesses to the scene and the protagonists. Two minors were also placed in custody. In the end, only the one who struck the blows is implicated.

A first hearing date had been set at the Melun children's court, but the trial has been returned. “To date, there is no new date,” laments the mother impatiently. I feel my daughter was ambushed and we want justice! »
