This Saturday and Sunday, December 14 and 15, Robert Rieux-Arnaud is traveling abroad to exhibit his paintings in the Salle des Remparts, in Castillon-du-Gard (30210). Musician in the 1960s, president of the fishermen for 40 years, long-time press correspondent, Robert has been an amateur painter since he was 12.
Suffice to say that his studio is piled up with dozens of paintings that he is regularly invited to exhibit. This will therefore be the case this mid-December weekend, with several dozen paintings which will be various invitations to discover what has crossed the octogenarian's brushes: portraits, still lifes, animals, landscapes , Bollénoise scenes, local monuments, churches, chapels… Opening Saturday at 11 a.m., Salle des Remparts, Place du 8 mai, Castillon-du-Gard.
