It is a new system which should make it possible to improve the distribution of care and access to health for 83 960 habitants, of 102 communes of ballast of Seine-et-Marne.
On November 26, 2024, Doctor Marion Thévenot inaugurated the Territorial professional health community (CPTS) Provins–Nangis–Bray. Created in October 2024, the system aims toimprove exercise conditions of all professionals health and of facilitate care pathways of the population.
Screening, innovations and support
“This CPTS was initiated in 2022 over the vast territory comprising the communities of communes of Provinoisof Bassée-Montois and the Nangissian Brietraces Marion Thévenot. A general assembly then took place in January 2023, then the projects were presented in October 2023 to health professionals and communities, to finally be supported by the Regional Health Agency (ARS) in July 2024.”
The objectives of the CPTS are as follows: to develop coordinated exercise between healthcare professionals, to improve the organization of healthcare in the city, strengthen the city-hospital link by organizing two interdisciplinary conferences per year, better articulate routes patients, but also serve as a resource for the overall health of patients. “We also have created working groups dedicated to subjects such as screening or prevention, so that each CPTS actor can contribute their ideas,” adds the general practitioner.
“Welcome 25 medical or paramedical trainees by the end of 2025”
Thus, the active members of the CPTS will work on different areas, such as improving access to care,optimization of the multi-professional path around the patient, the organization of management of health crisesthe development of the quality and relevance of care around innovative practicesor even the definition of screening themes annuals.
Finally, the CPTS has set itself the objective ofwelcome 25 medical interns to its territory or paramedics by the end of 2025.
