New season with the Federal Educational Program (PEF)! Since 2014, the objective of this federal program has been to implement educational actions to transmit civic values ​​to young footballers.

The Federal Educational Program (PEF) is a complete educational tool, made available to club leaders and educators, to train young licensees U6 to U19 (5 to 18 years old) to the rules of the game and of life, go to pef.fff.fr ! Throughout , this federal program concerns 800,000 young licensees and more than 5,600 clubs already use it. In the at present, 213 clubs are involved for a total of 254 actions.

The basis of the Federal Educational Program are educational sheets which allow managers, educators, players and parents to address 6 major themes: Health, Citizen Engagement, Environment, Fair Play, Rules of the Game and Refereeing and Culture. Each theme brings together several educational sheets and field actions which allow young graduates to acquire new concepts.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PEF?

  1. Register my club in the “Federal Educational Program” system via Footclubs. To do this, you will need to check the “Requested” box next to “Engagement in the application of the federal educational program”.
  2. Identify and provide information on the “federal educational program representative” via Footclubs.
  3. Participate in “Federal Educational Program” sector meetings organized by your District
  4. Use the site pef.fff.fr to learn about the tools made available, news related to the system and to report your actions.

Clubs registered in the Federal Educational Program automatically participate in the PEF national Challenge which rewards invested clubs, through departmental (May 19 to 23, 2025) and regional (May 26 to 30, 2025) juries, with prizes to be won!
