A 29-year-old woman was killed in her home by her partner on Monday, December 2 in Aulnay-sous-, in Seine-Saint-Denis. The father, who fled, was arrested a few hours later. Emergency services were alerted Monday evening, around 8:15 p.m. At the family home, they discovered an inanimate woman on the ground, injured in the thigh and head.

According to the first elements of the investigation, an argument had broken out between her and her partner. The latter ended up grabbing a candlestick and delivering several blows to his partner's head and thigh in front of their 5-year-old sons.

Supported by Samu, the young mother could not be revived after an hour of cardiac massage. The perpetrator, a 24-year-old man, fled in a German sedan before finally being arrested around 1:30 a.m. Placed in police custody, he was questioned this Tuesday by the police.

According to the public prosecutor's office, an investigation has been opened for domestic homicide. Two months before the tragedy, the victim had called the police to say that her husband was hitting her. According to a police source, the police intervened on October 15 for domestic violence.
