Following the fire which seriously affected the Banque Alimentaire du Gard, USAM Nîmes Gard decided to react quickly and in solidarity. A loyal partner of the association for several years, the Nîmes handball club mobilized its network and its supporters to come to the aid of this essential structure, hit by the loss of six trucks destroyed in the incident.
Immediate and diversified mobilization
The day after the tragedy, USAM launched a call for donations via its social networks, relaying a participatory prize pool set up by the Banque Alimentaire du Gard. This initiative invites everyone to contribute, even up to €1, through the following link: helloasso.com.
Last weekend, during the match between USAM and Toulouse, the club continued its efforts by raising awareness of the cause among spectators and the media.
A solidarity raffle for an exclusive experience
To go further, USAM will organize an exceptional raffle during the Coupe de France match against Montpellier, this Tuesday, December 10 at Parnasse. All proceeds will be donated to the Banque Alimentaire du Gard.
To be won: an immersive day for two people at the heart of the Green Team during a Liqui Moly Starligue championship match. The winners will have the opportunity to share a unique moment, including a muscle awakening with the players, backstage meals, a front row seat for the match, and VIP access to the post-match.
