On the benches of the civil parties, all his victims are demanding justice and compensation. Invited to speak by the president, everyone spoke of emotion, fear or a feeling of insecurity of which they were unaware until now.

Incarcerated since his arrest, the future of this recidivist(a conviction in January 2024) darkens with two other summons to appear in court in 2025 and 2026 for similar facts. Suffering from epilepsy, he benefits from RQTH status (recognition of the status of disabled worker) which should have allowed him to access aid. But he didn't take care of it.

The court sentenced Freeman C. to 18 months in prison, 8 of which were suspended. He also revoked a 4-month suspended sentence which had been handed down in January 2024 by the Vannes court. His sentence was accompanied by an obligation to provide care and compensate the victims to the tune of approximately 10,000 euros. The defendant therefore remains in prison where he must serve 14 months.
