The mild weather and temperatures slightly above of the average that we currently experience will not last. From Sunday December 8, 2024, the mercury will fall everywhere in France. Paris and Île-de-France will not be left out.

“And temporary cooling is in fact expected between Tuesday and Wednesday […] bringing temperatures once again below normal for the period over a large part of the country, particularly between the North and the East,” explains the Météo-villes.com website.
But before experiencing the cold, the capital will be confronted with a wind episode. According to Météo France, from Thursday December 5, 2024, gusts of up to 45 km/h are expected. A situation which will last until Monday December 9, 2024. The gusts will be even more intense on Saturday December 7, 2024 and will reach 70 km/h.
In terms of temperatures, it will be between 4° et 13°C Thursday December 5, 2024. The wind will be accompanied by a little rain. Same situation the next day, Friday December 6, 2024. It will be warmer in the morning with 9°C but colder the rest of the day with 12°C from maximal.
The real cold snap will be for Sunday December 8, 2024 when it will not be less than 5°C and no more than 8°C.
