Here is the synopsis of a short film entitled “Render to the night”, which will be directed by Pénélope Rose. And it is for its filming that the production is looking, near , for a house which will serve as a setting. The film will be produced by Tripode Productions with the support of Bretagne Cinéma (support from the Region in partnership with the National Center for Cinema and Animated Images, personalized support from the Filming Reception).

The house sought must be located within a maximum radius of 50 km around Rennes. The production is looking for a “farmhouse type house, a little isolated, rather high, with at least one floor and interior stairs, in an old style (stone, wood, tiles, wallpaper, etc.) and with if possible a kitchen separate from the living room, bedrooms upstairs, a fairly large bathroom. »

Filming is scheduled for February 2025 and rental compensation is planned. “A visit will be necessary before any decision is made,” indicates the production.
